A Note From David Brodbeck
You may notice a new name greeting you this month. Hello, my name is David Brodbeck, and I am proud to be the new owner of Custom Internet Services LLC.
Many of your have worked with Steve over the years, and I encourage you to read his farewell message to learn more about his next adventure. While ownership is changing, our commitment to our clients is not. Custom Internet Services LLC has spend more than 25 years building trusted relationships and providing dependable IT solutions, and I am honored to continue that legacy.
I bring more than 20 years of IT experience to this role, including hte last eight years working alsongside Steve. During that time, I have had the opportunity to support many of you directly, learning both your systems and your business needs. That experience has prepared me well for this transition.
For those of you who already know me, the work we do together will remain much the same. We have a talented team in place, and we will continue providing the reliable service and technical expertise you have come to expect. While my responsibilties are expanding as teh owner, I still plan to stay closely involved in the technical side of hte business and in supporting our clients.
If we have not met yet, I would welcome the opportunity to connect. Whether you have questions, challenges, or future plans for your technology, we are here to help and ready to grow alongside yoru business.

A Note From Steve Strom
If your life is like mine, change seems to be a constant. This month is no exception as David Brodbeck steps in as the new owner of Custom Internet Services LLC, effective July 1, 2026. David is a long time friend and co-worker who, along with the rest of the team, will continue to provide quality products and services for your IT needs. I’m pleased to have David take the reins to continue providing exceptional service.
I’ll be moving inot other endeavors, one of which is to step up to my grandfather role iwth our two young granddaughters. But as I hand over the business, I just want to say “Thank you” to each of you who have been a part of this business’ growth. CIS started over 25 years ago with a call for help from Colin Whitley. From that initial call, it has grown to the service business it is today because of your support. Thank you for that trust.
